Yung kuya ko ganyan din. Super late na natutulog kaya late na nagigising. Ako naman mga 1 AM ako natutulog pero mga 9AM din ako nagigising. At least naka8 hrs.

Oversleeping is bad for me too. I shouldn’t skip breakfast kasi I tend to barf because of the gastric juices’ reaction. I sleep at around 10 or 11 and wake up late on vacations and weekends. On weekdays, I must be up at 5:00 on MWF or else I’ll be late for class.

sleep is the best policy for me,, hehehe
but I never skip breakfast, actually I never skip any meals,, oh,, im too fat,, i wanted to skip dinner talga,

oH! same here.. i sLeep at 2-3am..thn wake up for Lunch.. when i wake im im starving.. wee.. i badLy need to change this daiLy routine of mine.. it’s not good.. tsk tsk..

I love sleeping.. But when I over slept I got huge eye bags. Eww.. I totally hate it..

Ganyan din ako before minsan sobrang pa nga sa 10 hours kung matulog, tapos minsan naman feeling ko ang haba na ng tulog ko pero saglit lang hehehe. Sa ngayon after survivor phil dun ako natutulog. Congrats sa Work! yay

nung break pa, ganyan din ako. too much sleep. and i always don’t have breakfast. pero now that we have classes already, kulang naman ako sa tulog. hahaha. ano ba naman.

Yeah anything in excess is bad saka ayoko din natutulog ng sobrang tagal kasi sumasakit ulo ko paggising ko. Bihira ko lang maexperience yung parang sobrang well-rested ako, alam mo yun. HAAAY. Tas ngayon at may school na, asa naman ako na makatulog ako ng maayos din kasi usually late yung uwian tas ang aga aga ng pasukan. Argh.

Hindi na din ako kumakain ng breakfast. Buti na lang nasanay na katawan ko. Hehe.
Ako around 2-3AM tulog na ko, then ang gising ko is 10 AM. Haha.

i wish i can oversleep mondays and fridays but i have work early in the morning
on the weekends, i usually sleep all day. LOL!! it feels great

well, actually, konti lng tulog ko. lalu na pag skul days. may mga shows kse na yoko mamiss ee.. pag weekends lng nkakabwi. haha. minsan nga 2am aku ntutulog..
isa png phmak kse yung so called “UNLIMITED” mwahhahaha..

ako madalas kulang sa tulog pero minsan sobrang haba naman ng tulog k.. kagcng ko nun sakit ng ulo ko sobra..

My sleep hours varies. During vacation, I sleep for 10 hours. During school days, I sleep for 6-8 hours, and I have a hard time waking up –> nasanay sa bakasyon…
