I am so in love with Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque! :heart: So many have claimed it works wonders, including me! And so I feel the need to share it with you.

I first read about this product from Neren’s blog. Being a sucker for minty skin/body care products, I thought I had to get myself this. But I’ve never seen this on local marts or drugstores. :no:

Until I’ve learned from Thiamere’s blog that it’s available at Healthy Options! :laugh: So when my brother went to the mall last week I asked him to purchase it for me. He got it for 329.50 PHP or around $7. Even though it’s almost twice the original price (it’s just $4 in US), at least it’s cheaper than purchasing it online.

It’s a wash-off mask. I apply it after cleansing my face with my favorite soap (Cyleina black pearl that is!) and using toner, and then wash it off after 15 minutes. I’ve used it 3 times this week! Can be very drying if used often so I moisturize my face after using it.

Now here’s a more detailed photo of what it does:

It claims to help:

  • dry up acne pimples
  • rinse away blackheads
  • shrink enlarged pores

And I must say, it works! :clap: It somehow dried up stubborn pimples that kept on sprouting in between my eyebrows again and again, and with continued use hopefully they’ll be totally gone soon! I noticed my skin has also firmed up and became smooth. My skin feels refreshed and very clean. :boogie:

I didn’t realize I used it sparingly as it was my first time to use a wash-off mask and my face absorbed it too fast before I could thoroughly even it out on my face! I’ll try better next time!

It’s now part of my skin care routine. And when I’m done with this tube, will I get it again? Definitely, YES! :D
