March has just arrived, that means a new set of movies for me to watch! I have promised to see at least 100 movies this year, which translates to a target of 9 movies monthly.

Me and my boyfriend spent the weekend together and we were able to watch 3 movies. These are:

Armageddon (1998) - I like Bruce Willis, I thought I might like this movie because he’s in it!
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005) - I love it every time Johnny Depp plays oddball roles! The kid who played Charlie is so cute!
Slumdog Millionaire (2008) - I bet you already have heard how good this movie is! It won 8 Oscar awards.

All 3 movies are great, I suggest you watch them! Especially the Slumdog Millionaire, even though there was something in that movie that I find really disturbing.

By the way, I have already decided to attend our college graduation. Thank you to those who replied and gave their opinion, it helped a lot! I realized how stupid I was for even thinking of ditching my graduation.

Today, I am happy because… I have no reason to be sad. hahaha!

I’ve seen two out of three movies here: armagedon and charlie and the chocolate factory. Of these two, I appreciate the latter. Lol. For one simple reason: I watched it when I was already in my teen years and so I was really able to juice up the bits and pieces of the movie. I don’t remember much about the former since I was in elementary( i think) when I saw it. :))

I wanna watch slumdog millionaire. It’s multi-awarded. Arouses my curiosity.

Like everyone else, i loved Slumdog Millionaire! Feel good movie of the decade nga talaga.

At syempre, Armageddon! I personally think that its one movie that everyone should watch.

My weekend was okay. We watched You Changed My Life. lol

Good thing you came up with that decision! It’s a different feeling talaga kase when you March. Parang all of the things you’ve been through to get there will flash back.

Those are some good movies, well I’ve seen 2 of the 3 (Armageddon and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) I have yet to see Slumdog Millionaire, but have heard good things about it.

I’m glad you’re not skipping out on graduation, I was going to do that once, but thought against it in time.

i love the movie Armageddon not only because of Bruce Willis who is 1 of my favorite hollywood actors but also because of the scenes and most especially bec of the story..i cried when Bruce died.

I know this is super late, but let me just say ONCE AGAIN that Slumdog Millionaire deserved its Oscar win. Such a superb film, the depth of its characterization and the complexity of its issues were rendered so aesthetically, without being too heavy on the head or the heart. Just the right mix of impact on the viewer! And Dev Pattel isn’t bad on the eyes either. Hehe.
