Last weekend I attended a friend’s wedding! It’s the first wedding I’ve been to wherein the groom/bride is of the same age as mine (we even have the same exact birthday, how cool is that?!). This means I’m now old enough to marry and have my own family too, but I admit I still have the mind of a kid. Oh well, I’m sure that time will come, when I start thinking bout wedding, babies, family and whatnot.
Anyway, the reason they were wed is because they’re having a baby in two months! It was unplanned, and most people take unwanted pregnancy negatively, but for me I see it as a blessing! I never thought I’d see it in a positive light, being the pessimistic girl that I am. I never had a younger sibling, so all these years imagine me longing for someone younger to take care of.
We almost had a baby in the famly, we thought my brother’s girlfriend was pregnant. I was excited when I first heard of the good news. And was really crushed when the doctor said it was abnormal pregnancy and there was no baby. 
Anyway, our neighbor’s kid is celebrating her birthday, and I’ve been looking online for a nice gift to give when I found this wooden play kitchen set, and I think it’s a really unique toy. Wish I had something like it when I was younger. Oh wait, I never loved cooking, just eating heh.
