Finally! A fresh new look for Rainbowscraps! Decided to give the site a makeover after 3 longs months. Started doing this layout a month ago, and I finished it just tonight! :suspicious: Thanks to my boyfriend who did the major photoshopping!

Do you love the new layout? I do!  It’s the first ever theme I designed and coded from scratch, almost. XD Every pixel you see was drawn by us in Photoshop, except for the brushes I used in section titles. Coding it was gruesome! And now it’s done, yay! I am overwhelmed with happiness, heehee! ^_^

Didn’t know it’s  easier to create a theme from scratch than to edit an existing layout. It’s more frustrating to understand other people’s codes and tweak it, only to find out you’re not getting what you want!  :err:

The layout looks absolutely fine on Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera, please tell me if it doesn’t on your browser. :) In IE, it’s messed up but I don’t care since IE doesn’t support PNGs. XD Wait, does anyone actually still use IE?!

After waiting for 6 long months, the fresh fruit cupcake necklace I bought at Ku-ki Shop finally arrived 3 days ago! :boogie:

It took 6 months before I got the item coz the original package got lost during shipping. But Vanessa, the owner of Ku-ki Shop is kind enough to replace the lost package!  ^_^ Thank you so much Vanessa, I so love the necklace!

If you love cute charms and you don’t know where to spend your Paypal funds on, I suggest you give Vanessa’s Ku-ki Shop a visit, her items are all so unique, creative, cute and yummy! I’m sure you’ll find something there that you might love! ;) I love all her items! If only I’ve got lots of money I’d buy more, unfortunately I don’t, haha! XD

Nyaha…btw, I’m cooking a new layout! It’s gonna be way more cuter this time. Watch out for it! :P

Moving on, I just discovered this week some puzzles posted by people at work. Solving them was fun, except the for-genius-only questions, haha! I’m gonna share with you some, just easy to medium level of difficulty. I hope you will try to solve it!

PUZZLE 1: Draw a square. Divide it into four equal squares. Remove the bottom left square, so that you’ll be left with three squares. The challenge: divide the remaining figure into four equal shapes. :) show the answer! ▼

Did you like the puzzle? I’ll be leaving you with another puzzle, I will post the answer on my next entry. :B No cheating/googling, okay? ;)

PUZZLE 2: Draw an equilateral triangle (triangle with all sides of the same length). Divide it into four equal triangles. Remove one triangle, so that you’ll be left with three triangles. The challenge: divide the remaining figure into four equal shapes. :boogie:

Questions:

  1. Have you tried online shopping? What did you buy? :)
  2. Do you love solving puzzles?
