Why Oversleeping is Bad

So I’ve been oversleeping these days. I’m having at least 10 hours of sleep whenever I can, who could resist such a lovely, cold weather?! XD I usually sleep at 1am and then, wake up at around 11am. t’s ok, I’m still on vacation. But I have to put a stop to it as soon as I can. Here are my reasons:

  • I skip breakfast. I get to wake up when it’s lunch time already. My stomach would hurt, because the gastric juices didn’t find any food to digest on my stomach so it’s dissolving my stomach lining instead. I might get ulcer from this. :mad:
  • In two days, I’ll be starting with my job. I could no longer wake up as late as 11am! :angry: I don’t want to make bad impressions on my very first day at work. x_x
  • Obviously, too much of something is bad. I don’t need <insert scientific names or whatever disease I might get here> as reasons just to convince myself to stop doing this.

I should really start limiting myself to 8 hours of sleep. I have to work on fixing my body clock too. I’ll try my best, lol. Wish me luck. :laugh:
